• No Phone Calls
  :
  You’ll be providing customer support through email and live chat only—focusing on professionalism and problem-solving.
• Be a Digital Guardian
  :
  Help create a safer online environment by responding to customer inquiries and spotting potential scams and violations.
• Make a Real Impact
  :
  Report trends and violations, suggest workflow improvements, and contribute to a safer digital space.

What You Bring
:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• No previous experience needed—just your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and drive to make a positive impact.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

  Starting salary of €1,650 gross (€1,400 net) per month, with potential performance bonuses up to €200 twice a year.
• Relocation Package

  We’ll take care of your relocation with airport pickup, paid accommodation for up to 3 weeks, and reimbursement of up to €200 for your flight after 6 months.
