Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Ryan Salonia – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support while enhancing your career. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales‑minded candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
