What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in a virtual call center environment
  • Quote and book accurate domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations
  • Maintain productivity and quality metrics, including transactions per day and minimal customer service issues
  • Secure the lowest available rates while adhering to Federal and State travel requirements
  • Provide consultative service and guidance throughout the travel booking process
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years’ travel selling experience
  • At least 5 years’ customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS and strong travel industry knowledge
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

  • Experience in international travel bookings and processes
  • Proven ability to handle multiple accounts effectively
  • Ability to embrace change and adapt to new situations
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities among peers
