Customer Sales and Service Agent - Call Centre

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Sales and Service Agent to join our dynamic call centre team. • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Identify customer needs and match them with relevant products and services.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets including sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly and update internal databases.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments following company procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and privacy regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

• Proficient in navigating computer systems and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

• 1–2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales role preferred.

• Prior experience in handling customer complaints and converting inquiries into sales is an asset.

• Experience using call centre tools such as dialers, chat platforms, or ticketing systems is a plus.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
