Online Consultant - Malayalee Speaking (Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia)
We are in search of an experienced Online Consultant who is fluent in Malayalee and English to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients via online platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as chat, email, and video calls.
- Understand and address client needs and concerns effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products or services.
- Guide clients through the online purchasing process.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to online platforms.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain detailed records of all communication.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service strategies.
- Fluency in Malayalee and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of online platforms, e-commerce processes, and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer‑oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.
Salary: 1800$ per month
