Your role in our mission
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls: research and analyze callers' concerns regarding claims, eligibility, other insurance, and financial to ensure successful outcomes and/or resolution.
  • Respond to customer questions, provide comprehensive customer support, and/or forward the request to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Assist callers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, settings, and other issues a user may experience, demonstrating technological proficiency.
  • Document calls in detail, including concerns and actions taken, using the provided templates to ensure all information is captured accurately.
  • Interact professionally with team members, management, and customers, adhering to the client’s SLAs and consistently meeting production targets.
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience with strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills, along with exceptional attention to detail. Must maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Proficient in personal computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and One Note. Skilled in troubleshooting computer-related technical issues over the phone.
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment and retain information.
  • Healthcare industry experience in provider, member, insurance, or claims, with Medicaid knowledge and experience strongly preferred.
What you should expect in this role
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift until 5:30 PM CT, Monday through Friday.
  • Work in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
