Overview
Customer Solutions Specialist (Second Shift) s role is remote and supports customers across multiple channels to help them grow their businesses using AWeber’s features. We are hiring for remote team members in DC, DE, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, UT, and VA.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers to build and nurture relationships across the community of creators and small business owners.
- Provide support via live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues, deliver product education, and share marketing best practices to help customers grow their businesses.
- Collaborate on special projects and work with team members across the company to improve the customer experience.
- Take initiative to proactively educate customers on best practices, suggest new features, and advocate for CS process improvements. Knowledge of marketing technologies (e.g., social media, landing pages, email platforms) is a plus.
- Demonstrate leadership through passion for customer success and by inspiring others.
Variable days including some weekend days; schedule provided at least a month in advance. Second Shift hours: 1 PM–10 PM ET.
Qualifications- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to nurture customer relationships.
- Interest or experience in marketing technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team.
