Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: German‑Speaking

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
• Provide operational feedback and escape cases when needed.

Salary: Up to €1,300 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)

Relocation Support: Exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad

Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months.

Rent: €280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip).

• 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break.
• 22 vacation days per year.
• If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day.
