Want to relocate to Portugal? We are looking for German‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.
Position:Customer Support Representative
Location:Remote in Portugal
Market:German‑Speaking
Your Main Responsibilities- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
- Salary:
Up to €1,300 + performance & complexity bonus gross monthly (14 salaries per year) - Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months. Rent: €280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip).
Working Conditions- 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
