• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
• At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience

• At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
• At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
• At least 1 year of fraud or disputes experience

• Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
• Reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data or hotspot
• Private, password‑protected network accessed by all devices in the household
• Internet service must be provided by cable or fiber ISP
• Isps download speeds on VPN must be at least 5 Mbps, with 10 Mbps or more preferred
• Both wired and Wi‑Fi connections are acceptable if speed and security criteria are met
