Position: Customer Advisor 40%
Location: Zürich

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries, in German, French, Italian and English, on various topics related to cards payment, in accordance with our work instructions.

We are specifically looking for a profile with native-level German/Swiss German, as well as very good knowledge of French and Italian. Applications that do not meet the required language skills will not be considered.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
  • Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
  • Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
  • Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers

For the job opening, we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Commercial or tourism background
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use
  • Good communication skills
  • Languages:

    Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
  • As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team
