Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Manager. The role involves communicating with clients via chat, providing consultations, and offering customer support in online chats.
Requirements- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Remote work, no office attendance required
- Regular payments twice a month
- Free training provided
- Engaging with clients in chats
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing necessary information
- Maintaining chat records
