This is a role for a designer who is equal parts maker and thinker: someone who can translate creative direction into design systems that are elegant, scalable, and deeply human. Reporting to the Creative Director, Art, you’ll work closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring our creative ideas to life — and mentor designers to raise the bar for craft and consistency.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or prototyping experience a plus.
- A portfolio that shows a strong sense of craft, consistency, and visual storytelling.
- Comfort working collaboratively and incorporating feedback to strengthen your work.
