Responsibilities / Qualifications- Independent, self-motivated student able to advance projects with varying levels of supervision
- Skills in still photography, photo editing, and videography experience or interest in learning video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Communication skills including written, verbal, and visual storytelling or journalism
- Experience or interest in learning 3D modeling/animation software for creating 3D models and animations
- Interest in creating virtual reality environments and experiences using Unity software, and preferably some knowledge in writing computer code in Python or C#
- Relevant experience includes familiarity with Microsoft computers, the Google Drive suite, and audio/visual recording equipment. Some experience with graphic design is preferred, especially using Adobe Creative Cloud software. Some background in writing code is encouraged, or knowledge of node-based editing tools in programs such as Blender or Unity
- Minimum Qualifications Enrolled as a UA student in 6 or more credits, GPA of 2.0 or higher
This position is located on the Troth Yeddha' campus in Fairbanks, AK. This is a part-time, non-exempt temporary student position. New hires will be placed on the UA Student Salary Schedule, based on education and experience.
