Midweight POS Designer

Overview

We’re seeking a commercially minded Midweight Designer to lead the creation and delivery of high-impact POS campaigns across our Mountain Group brands. This role offers ownership from concept to sign-off, driving creative direction, ensuring technical excellence, and influencing cross-functional partners to deliver promotional campaigns that perform in-store and across channels.

Location: London

• Leading and designing seasonal POS design from research through to final artwork approval.
• Translating business objectives into commercially effective creative direction.
• Reviewing competitor activity and sales performance to inform decisions.
• Managing production workflows, supplier communication and test print approvals.
• Preparing accurate, print-ready artwork in line with Critical Path deadlines.
• Delivering accurate Print Run Packs Buying & Merch packs whilst maintaining CP visibility.
• Driving innovation in print techniques while balancing cost and scalability.
• Mentoring Assistant and Junior Designers, supporting their development.
• Confidently presenting work to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.

• 3–5+ years’ experience in retail/POS graphic design.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability.
• Proven experience managing artwork through production.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
