DaVinci Resolve Expert & Content Creator; Volunteer - lead to fulltime

Are you a storyteller obsessed with high-end editing and the exploding world of Generative AI?

KIERO Solutions is a non-profit, using the power of AI for social purposes. KIERO is looking for a creative volunteer to join us. We aren't just making videos; we are building a media service that bridges human connection with the power of Artificial Intelligence to serve companies across Switzerland.

We need a Video Expert to document our journey and define our visual style. You will work directly with the team to tell the story of KIERO Solutions and help us launch our cutting-edge AI video services.

• The Human Side: Interview team members, capture our company culture, and edit engaging "Behind the Scenes" and company goal content.
• The Tech Side: Push the boundaries of DaVinci Resolve

• The Future Side: Utilize the latest AI Video Generation tools
  . We are creating short-form content and full-length movies generated by AI. You will be at the forefront of this workflow.
• Publish Videos in Social Media and Youtube
• You are proficient in DaVinci Resolve (Color grading, editing, Fusion is a plus, Davinci AI Tools).
• You are fascinated by AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) and want to integrate them into professional workflows.
• You have excellent communication skills—you know how to make people feel comfortable in front of a camera.

This is currently a volunteer position with a strong entrepreneurial incentive structure:

• Personal Branding: You have the option to be the "Face" of the brand, appearing in videos and building your own reputation alongside ours.
• Profit Sharing: You may receive shares/commissions on specific video projects financed by our organization.
• Career Growth: Our goal is to scale. This role is designed as a pathway to a Full-Time Position as we secure client contracts in Switzerland.

We are based in Lake Thun in Switzerland. But you will work remote.
