KYDOS Digital is seeking a skilled Social Media Accounts Manager to oversee multiple client accounts from strategy to execution.

The ideal candidate will manage social media strategies, create compelling content (copy, graphics, and video), and optimize performance to deliver measurable results across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and X.

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars, including ideation, copywriting, short-form video scripts, and hooks
• Design engaging graphics (static and carousel formats) and edit short-form videos/reels
• Schedule and publish content while managing community engagement through comments and DMs within agreed timelines
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and leads, providing actionable insights and next steps
• Conduct competitor and trend research; recommend BOFU, MOFU, and TOFU content experiments
• Ensure brand consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging while adhering to client guidelines and approval processes
• Collaborate with internal designers, strategists, and other team members; participate in client meetings when needed
