We are looking for a Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist to join our team. You are someone who is as excited about words as they are about building the strategy that makes them sing, and who wants to grow in the world of creative and strategic marketing for a mission-driven brand.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist will play a key role in shaping our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a versatile copywriter who can strategize and write compelling copy and assist with content creation. You’ll be working closely with our CEO, Chief Creative Officer, and Brand Experience Manager to bring campaigns, launches, and community touchpoints to life.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong strategic copywriting and content creation background who is eager to contribute to meaningful work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Copywriting & Content Creation
  • Support the development of content, including but not limited to emails, landing pages, and nurture sequences that align with launches, campaigns, and evergreen brand presence
  • Repurpose and create content from a variety of sources, including our podcast, speaking engagements, live events, and trainings
  • Write accompanying captions, headlines, and hooks tailored for optimal platform performance across Instagram, Linked In, email, and more
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with our brand voice, mission, and divine feminine leadership ethos
  • In collaboration with the CEO and CCO, execute against content strategies that amplify visibility and deepen audience connection
2. Strategic Podcast Expansion Support
  • Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer to continuously craft and optimize overarching podcast strategy, inclusive of story arcs, engaging guest interview questions, and strategic clip curation
  • Ensure podcast content is strategically repurposed in alignment with launches, seasonal campaigns, and community touchpoints
  • Write scroll-stopping titles, captions, hooks, and headlines to maximize the reach and resonance of the podcast across platforms
  • Repurpose podcast transcripts into blog posts, newsletters, and long-form articles that extend the life and visibility of our content
  • Identify evergreen soundbites and themes from episodes to build into future campaigns, sales copy, and brand storytelling
