Welcome to the Connectinno Design Academy. This 6-month, hands‑on internship program is your gateway to the world of product design — offering not just courses, but mentorship, real‑world projects, and a direct career path. Top‑performing interns will get the opportunity to join Connectinno as full‑time UI/UX designers after graduation.

You’ll work on real mobile MVPs, learn modern product design workflows, and become highly effective with AI‑powered design & content tools. Top-performing candidates will have the opportunity to join Connectinno full‑time as Product Designers / UI/UX Designers after graduation.

• Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams on real mobile MVPs.
• Help build wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Use AI to generate UI concepts quickly (layouts, components, style directions), then fine‑tune & polish them into production‑quality designs.
• Produce design‑related content using AI tools:
  • App Store visuals & screenshots
  • Social media creatives (static + motion‑ready)
  • Landing page sections, visual directions, ad creative concepts
• Learn and use multiple AI tools to accelerate your workflow (example areas):
  • UI generation & rapid exploration
  • Copy & microcopy support
  • Visual asset creation / image editing
  • Icon/illustration generation
  • Motion‑ready creative prep
• Take part in user research, usability testing, and design reviews.
• Stay current with the latest trends in design and AI‑powered tools.
• Own small design tasks and progressively contribute to larger projects.

• Strong interest in product design, UI/UX, and building digital products.
• Basic familiarity with Figma (or equivalent tools like Adobe XD / Sketch).
• Curiosity for AI: enjoy experimenting with tools and turning outputs into clean, usable, high‑quality design.
• Ability to learn fast, take initiative, and communicate clearly.
• Students or recent graduates in design, engineering, HCI, visual communication, or related fields (or self‑taught with strong motivation).

Note: Prior professional experience is not required — mindset, consistency, and output quality matter most.
