Join a dynamic project focused on producing engaging short-form video ads for social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads. This role centers on editing user-generated content and branded footage to create compelling, high-converting videos that align with an established visual style. You will be responsible for delivering at least five videos per week, working remotely with a structured onboarding process that includes tutorials and exercises.
The position requires strong creative judgment, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and a keen understanding of social media trends in the wellness sector.
- Analyze and adapt to the brand’s established video editing style for social ads
- Select and organize footage from a provided library, focusing on UGC and branded content
- Craft compelling visual hooks and integrate voice-overs to maximize viewer engagement
- Edit, finalize, and deliver a minimum of five videos per week for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads
- Clearly explain creative decisions and editing choices to stakeholders
- Collaborate remotely, adhering to a Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule
- Participate in onboarding, including tutorials and practical exercises
- Advanced proficiency in Cap Cut, with a portfolio of ad samples demonstrating expertise
- Native or fluent French speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience editing short-form video content for social media advertising
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, hooks, and audience engagement strategies
- Familiarity with wellness, health, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely within specified hours
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
