This role is critical in leading the design for a vibrant and essential category in children’s apparel, specifically for boys. As a Senior Designer, you will influence product direction through creative innovation while ensuring that it meets both quality and consumer expectations.

Your work will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for the brand. • Drive seasonal concept development specific to boys' apparel.
• Interpret macro and youth trend insights through a commercial lens.
• Design and develop color stories, graphics, prints, and fabrics.
• Balance fashion trends with product durability and wash performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet cost and margin targets.
• Lead and mentor junior designers within the team.
• Research youth culture trends to inform product direction.
• Manage communication with internal and external partners.
• Oversee the product design process from concept to production.

• Four-year degree in Design, Fine Art, or related field.
• 8+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in children's categories.
• Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of textile construction and graphics.
• Strong commercial awareness in the retail landscape.
• Experience with balancing creativity and cost considerations.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Passion for designing products that deliver value to families.
