This is a 6 month contract role for a leading gaming software company in the United States. This role is fully remote working on EST time zone. Candidates in PST will not be considered for this role.

The Senior Graphic Designer will work alongside the Ad Monetization team in creating engaging mobile ad experiences and be responsible for the production of assets tied to live and prospective marketing campaigns — featuring prominent international brands— as well as internalteamcollateral.
Thisindividualwillbefrequentlyaskedtodeliver high quality,engaging designs on abbreviated timelines, working closely with other Designers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and Software Developers. This individual will report to a Creative Director.

- Contributiontothegrowth anddefinitionoftheteam’s brandpositioning
- Designlayoutsforrichmedia adunits—andadditionalmobileadformats—thatleadto engaging experiences for our users
- Effectively(andoften,independently) communicatethemeritsofyourworktoawide variety of team personnel, including: account managers, brand partners, designers, software developers, and more
- Designassetsgearedtowardsmeeting andachievingthegoalsofthecreative briefs that precede them with minimal supervision
- Representtheteam,independently,inbothinternal andexternalcreative reviews
- Leveragestaticproductionassetstodevelop motionrepresentationsofmobilegameplay experiences
- Followbrand/style guides forourbrand partnersclosely,aswellasinternalgameand partner teams
- Workwiththe Creative Director tobothconceptualizeanditerate oncompositionsfor deployment across mobile platforms
- Stayattunedtoshiftingindustry tacticsandstandards,helpingtodefinetheteam’s processes along the way for maximum efficacy
- 3-10yearsofgraphicdesignexperience,specificallyinbrandidentity andthecreationof mobile ad units driving engaging experiences
- Linktoanonlineportfolio,featuring creativeworkdirectly alignedwiththeresponsibilities of this role
- Advancedexperiencewith Adobe Photoshop ;proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator,Adobe After Effects and Google Slides - Strongcommunicationskills,both written andverbal
- Highlyindependent;capableofcomposingabrief,asking relevantquestions,then executing on executingontheworkinamannerthataddressestheproject’sgoalswithminimal oversight
- Advancedknowledgeofdesignprinciplessuchascolor theory,typography,modular grid systems, and more
- Attentivetodesignfeedbackandabletoquicklyiterate oncompositionsbasedon collaborative creative input
- Abilitytoexecuteontightdeadlines
- Teamplayerwithdesiretoplacefocusonthesuccessofthecollectiveversusindividual
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $48-62/hr
