The Department
The Product Development teams are the bridge between vision and reality, transforming concepts into high-quality, innovative, and sustainable garments—both physical and digital. With precision and expertise, Product Developers bring together the entire development process, ensuring seamless execution between the Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, the Supply, Buying & Planning, and Global teams to drive efficiency, refine processes, and push the boundaries of product development.

This team plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity, ensuring every piece reflects its DNA with craftsmanship and innovation.

The Position
You support product management throughout the development process, by attending key meetings (e.g. raw materials meeting, proto review, final price meeting, SMS review), and advising on possible improvements of product and margins, to handover for production. Collaborate closely with Design and Merchandise for product development initiatives to foster innovation and sustainability, to ensure competitive price points and provide callouts regarding quality risks to the product.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Development – Gather key vendor intelligence and creative concept analysis.

Product development – Support maintaining product quality & efficient workflows.

Product quality & standard setting – Style review, supporting all components working together (materials, construction, fit) from proto to bulk.

Product data integrity – Oversee and maintain style information in PLM system.

KPI management – Support decision making during milestone activities.

Sourcing landscape – Support initial seasonal style allocation.

Milestone management – Participate and prepare samples & product data within given deadlines.

Team development – Self management, curious to learn.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally 1–2 years of experience minimum or related internship.

Ideally a bachelor or master’s degree in fashion, clothing or textiles or equivalent experience in the fashion, clothing or textiles industry.

Product knowledge of apparel (fabrics, trims, quality and color approval).

Effective communication skills: inclusive team player, interdepartmental collaboration.

High Data Integrity

Ability to solve straightforward problems following standard procedures with support of manager.

Able to work in a highly productive, fast‑paced environment with a hands‑on approach.

Embodies PVH values of individuality, passion, accountability, partnership & integrity.

Good command of written & spoken English.
