• Edit and assemble short-form video content, primarily Instagram reels, for fitness ad campaigns
• Ensure all videos are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for social media engagement
• Collaborate with the team to understand creative direction and campaign objectives
• Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine and finalize video deliverables
• Maintain consistency in style and quality across all projects
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media, especially ad creatives
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail
• Ability to replicate the style of provided content examples (see Instagram reel reference)
• Fluency in Latvian (spoken and written) is essential
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
