You will play a key part in shaping the app’s online presence and fostering a supportive digital community.

• Develop and edit high-quality, engaging content and short‑form videos tailored for each social media platform.
• Schedule, post, and maintain a consistent publishing calendar across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster engagement and community growth.
• Track content performance and provide regular reports on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with the app’s mission.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase reach and engagement.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for startups or wellness/mental health brands.
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and copywriting for digital platforms.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for mental health and wellness.
• Availability to deliver content on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Experience with Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and short‑form video content is highly desirable.
