• Drive seasonal concept development specific to boys' apparel.

• Four‑year degree in Design, Fine Art, or related field.
• 8+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in children's categories.
• Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of textile construction and graphics.
• Strong commercial awareness in the retail landscape.
• Experience with balancing creativity and cost considerations.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
