What We Need:

We’re looking for someone who wants exposure to a broad range of media/radio disciplines.

What You’ll Do
  • Rotate through various radio functions or focus on one specific area, e.g., sales, programming, events, etc.
  • Conduct research & analysis on brands / talents social media strategy.
  • Provide weekly Digital reports for EVPP summaries within the radio division.
  • Join weekly presentations for talents, programmers, shows.
  • Learns job processes/requirements in assigned functions.
  • Serves as a research apprentice on everything digital marketing.
  • May work with other interns / departments in research or events, dependent on location.
  • Assists in developing and broadening interest in iHeart

    Media via social platforms.
What You’ll Need
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; active listening; effectively conveying information; ability to proofread & edit.
  • Planning & organizing: focusing on urgent and important tasks; showing attention to detail.
  • Leadership in peer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Flexibility & creativity; can adapt to shifts in priorities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms, e.g., X, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest.
  • Work experience in media field a plus.
  • Career interest in media industry.
  • Full‑time undergraduates (rising Junior or Senior) at a four‑year college.
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA.
  • Media field of study a plus (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcast Journalism).
  • College/university transcript.
