What We Need:
We’re looking for someone who wants exposure to a broad range of media/radio disciplines.
What You’ll Do- Rotate through various radio functions or focus on one specific area, e.g., sales, programming, events, etc.
- Conduct research & analysis on brands / talents social media strategy.
- Provide weekly Digital reports for EVPP summaries within the radio division.
- Join weekly presentations for talents, programmers, shows.
- Learns job processes/requirements in assigned functions.
- Serves as a research apprentice on everything digital marketing.
- May work with other interns / departments in research or events, dependent on location.
- Assists in developing and broadening interest in iHeart
Media via social platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; active listening; effectively conveying information; ability to proofread & edit.
- Planning & organizing: focusing on urgent and important tasks; showing attention to detail.
- Leadership in peer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Flexibility & creativity; can adapt to shifts in priorities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms, e.g., X, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest.
- Work experience in media field a plus.
- Career interest in media industry.
- Full‑time undergraduates (rising Junior or Senior) at a four‑year college.
- Minimum 3.2 GPA.
- Media field of study a plus (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcast Journalism).
- College/university transcript.
