Zoo Media Inc. is offering a unique opportunity for aspiring creators, digital storytellers, and emerging brand ambassadors to develop the real‑world skills used by today’s most impactful influencers and content innovators. As an Influencer & Digital Strategy Intern
, you’ll work across multiple platforms — Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, podcasts, blogs, and more — to craft compelling narratives, build authentic connections with audiences, and strengthen your digital presence while helping Zoo Media do the same.

You’ll learn how to plan and execute creator‑driven campaigns, develop personal and brand‑aligned content strategies, and collaborate with our media, video, and communications teams to shape stories that resonate across youth culture, community initiatives, and digital entertainment.

  • Develop and execute content ideas across video, audio, social, and written formats.
  • Assist in producing content for internal and partner brands across Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, long‑form video, and podcast segments

  • Work with our creative and production teams to design high‑engagement posts, graphics, and scripts aligned with brand tone and audience goals.
Platform Growth & Audience Engagement
  • Learn and implement techniques for growing followers, boosting engagement, and analyzing reach across channels.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and content styles to ensure brand relevance and voice consistency.
Influencer Campaigns & Brand Partnerships
  • Support the creation and launch of influencer campaigns for in‑house and partner initiatives.
  • Research and identify emerging influencers and collaborate on content, giveaways, partnerships, and cross‑promotions.
  • Work closely with the public relations and sales departments to align influencer content with larger brand messaging.
Media Integration & Analytics
  • Collaborate with the video, podcast, and editorial teams to amplify your content across broadcast, social, and web channels
    .
  • Track analytics, performance metrics, and engagement reports to refine strategy and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, PR, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields
    .
  • Strong interest in building your personal or professional brand as a digital influencer or social media strategist.
  • Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or podcast/audio production are a plus.
  • Familiarity with major platforms and tools:
    Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Canva, CRM AI Social Media Software, etc.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability, both visual and verbal.
  • Highly creative, self‑motivated, and comfortable working across teams and timelines.
