Freelance Motion Designer | Remote

We’re looking for a bold, creative minds to help shape standout work for a global B2B tech brand. You’ll craft versatile templates and content across regions, spanning 2D/3D motion, video, and whichever medium best tells the story.

Ownership and passion are key at 1000heads, so we’re looking for freelancers with an insatiable drive to create award-winning, innovative campaigns. This role is remote and supports our Berlin-based social team. Our company language is English, but a working knowledge of German would be very beneficial.

• Creative ideation and design thinking, on your own or as a team
• Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals and gorgeous fit-for-purpose final assets on time and on brand.
• A strong knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics) is essential for this role. We like to tell stories that move!
• Stay up-to-date with social platforms and industry trends
• Liaising with fellow team members, client service and community teams to deliver projects as a team
• Demonstrated 3+ years design background within Social Media
• creative/social media agency experience highly desirable
• Ability to work and understand the design nuances with different languages preferred Eg. Spanish, Portuguese, French…

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Design degree or equivalent preferred but not essential
