Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team!

We’re an independent design agency based in West Sussex, working with a mix of global brands with a particular focus in the beauty industry.

You’ll be working closely with our creative team across a variety of projects, this role would suit someone who is collaborative with a great attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable working across briefs from multiple brands, open to feedback, and keen to grow within a fast-moving creative environment.

• Design creative assets across print and digital platforms
• Develop layouts and visual concepts that reflect each brand’s identity
• Work across a variety of projects including packaging, campaign assets, social media, presentations, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop creative ideas and solutions
• Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow brand and specification guidelines across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure all design work maintains a high creative standard and aligns with brand guidelines

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop)
• Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• 1+ year experience working in a creative or design agency environment

Holidays: 20 days excluding bank holidays, full christmas week closure and your birthday off.

Location:

Storrington, West Sussex

Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) – Office Role with a work from home day after probation
