Video Editor - Wing Assistant

And we’re looking for a Video Editor to start immediately!

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing videos (short-form ads, UGC-style content, tutorials, and social media clips).
• Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and basic sound design.
• Deliver multiple versions optimized for different platforms and formats
• Use AI tools (VEO3, Runway, Pika, Descript, or similar) to generate or augment UGC‑style videos.
• Maintain human‑like, authentic pacing, tone, and delivery in AI‑generated content.
• Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance metrics.
• Add animated titles, captions, transitions, overlays, and infographics.
• Build reusable motion templates for faster production.
• Apply design principles to create visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Write hooks, scripts, and storyboards for short‑form content.
• Research trends and competitor videos to propose new angles.
• Test multiple creative approaches and optimize for engagement and conversion.
• Work with marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver assets on schedule.
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
• Suggest improvements to AI‑assisted workflows and content pipelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
• 2+ years experience in video editing
• Proven video editing experience
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Experience or willingness to work with AI video generation tools
• Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Motion graphics and animation skills (Preferred but not required)
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Able to work on a graveyard shift

• Experience with direct‑response marketing and high‑converting ad campaigns.
• Background as a UGC creator or content strategist.
• Advanced skills in 3D animation, VFX, or interactive video formats.
• Experience in fast‑paced eCommerce or agency environments.
