Remote Mexican Spanish Professional Voice Actor - AI Trainer

Mercor is hiring Mexican Spanish Voice Actors for a short-term project. Participants will work directly with a leading AI lab to improve their AI model's ability to handle and produce audio data.

• Duration:
  Roughly 1-2 weeks from start date.
• Pay: $175 USD per finished hour (based on length of submitted audio).
• Hours:
  
  Commit 2-10 hours per week during the project.
• Start date:
  
  Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
• Availability:
  Available for a kickoff call.

• Professional experience in voice acting is greatly preferred but not required. We welcome people with speaking and audio experience through Music, Television, Podcasts, Twitch Streaming, Comedy, You Tube, Radio, or other related fields.
• Born and raised in Mexico.
• Proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project.
• Ability to speak in a “customer service” voice—neutral to upbeat tone with clear enunciation and consistent pacing.
• Attention to detail on punctuation, commas, dashes. Ability to record transcripts exactly as written or edit them to reflect natural pacing.
• Having a professional audio recording setup (i.e., a home studio with a professional-grade mic, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, editing software for post-production).
