Events Producer

Our client is a global communications agency working across global, corporate events for pharmaceutical clients. They are known for bold thinking, sharp strategy and delivering experiences that genuinely move people. Growth has been rapid, the culture is entrepreneurial, and the ambition is big.

They are now looking for an Events Producer to join the production team.

Producers here are highly creative. They create everything you can see in the room: the content, the narrative, the energy, the experience. They don’t handle the logistics. They shape what the audience sees, hears and feels.

You’ll make events memorable and interesting. You’ll turn complex business messages into powerful stories. You’ll run projects end to end, from the first idea through to delivery, owning the content and messaging throughout.

You’ll work directly with clients, building strong relationships at different levels of seniority. You’ll also collaborate closely with the in-house studio teams across design, digital, video and copy to bring ideas to life.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves being at the heart of the action and thrives on responsibility.

• Leading live and virtual events from concept to execution
• Developing content and shaping clear, engaging messaging
• Running full end-to-end projects across multiple work streams
• Partnering directly with clients and becoming a trusted adviser
• Working closely with studio teams to deliver outstanding creative
• Managing budgets, timelines and quality with confidence
• Balancing multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail

• Strong experience as a creative Producer within an events agency

• A track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• The ability to motivate and coordinate extended teams
• Clear, persuasive communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong copy instincts and a sharp eye for messaging
