Purpose
:
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can balance creativity with strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver polished work from concept to execution.

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and marketing initiatives (web, landing pages, ads, social, email, presentations, packaging, brochures, etc.)
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling, consistent creative across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
• Lead projects from ideation through final production, managing multiple timelines and deliverables
• Provide creative direction and feedback on designs to maintain brand excellence
• Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
  Canva, Figma, or similar tools a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working within established brand systems
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with motion graphics, video, or basic animation (preferred)
• Familiarity with marketing or product design workflows (preferred)
• Experience mentoring colleagues (preferred)

• 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print

Travel is required within the United States for team/company meetings and offsites, generally not more than 2x/year.

At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $59,400 to $66,600 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
