We are looking for a high-caliber Content Manager to lead our editorial engine. The organization is building an AI-forward content strategy with an uncompromising focus on quality. This is not about mass-producing low-value text; it is about turning editorial expertise into standards, guardrails, and feedback loops that improve both AI-assisted writing and human-led creative work.
As the Content Manager, you will oversee the creation, workflow, and quality control of all content across the digital ecosystem. You will ensure content performs strongly in traditional SEO as well as emerging LLM (AI Search) environments, while maintaining strict accountability for accuracy, voice, and usefulness.
What You Will Own1. Editorial Strategy & Quality Control
The Standard-Bearer:
Create and maintain a living Brand Style Guide, ensuring all content is grammatically accurate and aligned with brand voice and editorial standards.
Content Production:
Oversee a consistent content cadence including blogs (approximately 3 per week) and landing pages, managing them from ideation through publication and live-site review.
Executive Ghostwriting:
Draft high-level thought leadership content for executive leadership, designed for placement on major business and industry publications.
Partner Communications:
Prepare monthly newsletters for B2B partners and manage content contributions for external industry platforms.
2. AI Orchestration & Innovation
AI-Enabled Workflow:
Own and manage the AI-supported content production process, orchestrating specialized AI tools and agents for research, outlining, drafting, and optimization.
LLM Optimization:
Regularly refresh existing content to ensure it aligns with current Large Language Model (LLM) discovery standards and evolving AI search behavior.
Testing & Adoption:
Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools and technologies to ensure the content function remains at the forefront of practical AI implementation while maintaining quality and reliability.
3. Team & Resource Management
Freelance Management:
Assign monthly work to freelance writers, providing editorial guidance, fact-checking, and ensuring adherence to style and brand standards.
Contractor Oversight:
Manage a part-time contract writer/editor, overseeing assignments and aligning their work with the broader content strategy.
Primary Source Development:
Oversee the process of sourcing expert quotes and authoritative sources, maintaining a database of subject-matter experts to strengthen the credibility and data-driven nature of the content.
Human + AI Hybrid:
You have a strong background in traditional editorial standards while also being a power user of AI tools. You know how to increase output through AI while maintaining editorial quality and brand voice.
Strategic Editor:
You do more than correct grammar—you improve structure, clarity, tone, and narrative impact.
Data-Informed:
You work with content strategy stakeholders to analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
Executive Communicator:
You are comfortable writing for senior leadership and executive audiences, and coordinating initiatives across freelancers, contractors, and internal teams.
Experience:
5+ years in Content Management, Editorial Leadership, or Marketing Copywriting.
AI Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience working with AI-assisted content workflows, including prompt engineering, AI research tools, or AI-enabled editing platforms.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and modern AI writing technologies.
Portfolio:
Must provide samples of high-level editorial work, ghostwritten articles, or technical content.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Innovation:
Lead the transition toward an AI-first content engine in a forward-thinking organization.

Contribute to content designed for major industry and business publications.
