In this role, you will oversee the execution of major national events, ensuring flawless delivery and high-quality experiences that align with strategic objectives. You will collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate event logistics, manage budgets, and lead onsite teams.

- Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for national events and trade shows
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage event budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align event objectives
- Ensure events meet brand and quality standards through effective communication
- Develop standardized processes and report on event performance for continuous improvement
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and production partners to ensure reliable execution
- 6–8+ years of experience in managing corporate events, preferably in B2B or SaaS sectors
- Proven track record of executing multi-day events with executive exposure
- Strong skills in budgeting and vendor negotiation for large-scale programs
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high organizational standards
- Proficiency in event platforms and project management tools, experience with Salesforce/Marketo is a plus
- Salary range of $116,000-$174,000 based on experience and skills
