From Tik Tok edits and Instagram Reels to behind-the-scenes storytelling and campaign shoots,you’llcreate content that feels authentic, relevant, and unmistakably Gym King.
Role Purpose
To produce engaging, high-quality digital content that aligns with the brand’s voice, commercial objectives, and social strategy — enhancing audience engagement, increasing traffic, and supporting business growth through compelling storytelling and creative execution.
ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content
- Produce content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube Shorts, website, and digital campaigns
- Capture product, athlete training, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign objectives
Social-First Storytelling
- Create reactive and trend-led content tailored to platform algorithms
- Develop engaging Reels,Tik Toks, and Shorts that feel native and culturally relevant
- Write compelling captions and on-brand copy to drive engagement
Shoot & Event Support
- Attend studio shoots, athlete sessions, retail activations, and brand events
- Capture live content for real-time social use
- Assistwith e-commerce shoot image selections for retouching and digital use
- Support content calendar planning aligned with marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and E-commerce teams
- Bring forward new creative concepts, formats, and content series ideas
Trend & Culture Monitoring
- Stay ahead of social trends, audio trends, platform updates, and emerging creators
- Identify cultural moments relevant to Gym King’s audience
- Continuously evolve creative output to remain competitive
- 1+ years’ experience in digital content creation or social media
- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut,Cap Cut, etc.)
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and short-form content trends
- Confident shooting both in studio and on location
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Willing to travel when required
- Full UK driving licence
