Studio MEND is at an important stage of growth — evolving from a product-led brand to a narrative-led one. This is an opportunity to work closely with the founder and help shape the voice and digital presence of a growing design-driven brand.
The Role
This is a Founder’s Office role based in Delhi NCR (hybrid).
The position sits at the intersection of brand strategy, copywriting, and social media execution. You will own content end-to-end — from shaping narrative direction to publishing and tracking performance.
We are looking for someone who can think in positioning, write with clarity and emotional depth, and execute consistently across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Voice & Narrative Development
• Define and evolve Studio MEND’s tone of voice.
• Translate founder philosophy into compelling, platform-ready content.
• Develop storytelling themes that go beyond product features.
• Help build emotional territories around comfort and modern womanhood.
2. Strategic Content Planning
• Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand pillars.
• Develop scripts for founder-led videos and brand storytelling pieces.
• Balance narrative-driven content with product storytelling.
• Identify culturally relevant themes that strengthen brand positioning.
3. Social Media Execution & Publishing
• Own end-to-end content execution on Instagram and relevant platforms.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels-level editing proficiency required).
• Write captions, hooks, and structured storytelling formats.
• Maintain aesthetic consistency across visuals and typography.
• Manage posting cadence, engagement, and community interactions.
4. Insight & Iteration
• Track and analyse content performance metrics meaningfully.
• Identify patterns in audience response and engagement.
• Refine messaging based on insights.
• Contribute to evolving Studio MEND’s digital growth strategy.
Who You Are
• 2–4 years of experience in content, branding, or social media roles.
• A strong writer with an intuitive understanding of brand psychology.
• Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
• Aesthetic-sensitive and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with Instagram trends but not driven only by trends.
• Comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-evolving environment.
• Interested in building something long-term, not just managing a page.
