Join a high-growth beauty brand as Creative Strategist, Paid Media, where you'll own and scale performance creative across paid social and video channels. This mid-senior level role sits at the intersection of psychology, storytelling, and data within the consumer goods industry. You'll be responsible for building systems, not just ads, and turning insights into repeatable creative winners. Working closely with media buyers, editors, designers, and growth leaders, you'll develop, test, and scale creative that drives profitable growth while also managing and expanding our Dream Team content creator program.

You'll have the autonomy to create systems and frameworks that turn insights into repeatable creative winners across multiple channels while leading our Dream Team creator ecosystem.
- Creative Strategy:
Own the creative roadmap for paid acquisition across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube to drive profitable growth. - Content Creation & Recording:
Be hands-on in the production process. This includes scripting, filming or recording high-quality video content, and directing creators while overseeing Dream Team talent to ensure the vision is executed perfectly. - Data Analysis:
Use tools like Motion, ETV, and native platform reporting to analyze creative performance. You must be able to break down performance at the hook, first 3 seconds, body, and CTA levels. - Market Research:
Constantly audit top-performing DTC beauty brands in the US and Canada using ad libraries and creative intelligence tools to identify white space opportunities. - Testing & Scaling:
Build and maintain a structured creative testing roadmap with clear hypotheses. Use metrics like CPA, CTR, hook rate, and hold rate to identify winners and scale them. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with media buyers, editors, growth leaders, and Dream Team creators to align creative insights with account structure and bidding strategies. - Dream Team Program Management:
Lead and scale our Dream Team creator program, including sourcing talent, onboarding, briefing, managing deliverables, tracking performance, and building repeatable systems that turn creators into consistent performance assets.
Requirements
- Native-level understanding of the North American beauty market (specifically the US and Canada).
- Strong experience recording and producing high-converting video content (expert knowledge of lighting, framing, and mobile-first video trends).
- Strong analytical mindset; you are comfortable in spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Motion).
- Deep understanding of customer psychology, specifically within the skincare, cosmetics, or hair care verticals.
- Expertise in developing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks.
- Ability to work strictly on Pacific Time (PT) business hours.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage the creative process from the initial "big idea" to the final data report while leading creator workflows.
