Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in brand design, visual communication, or graphic design within a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience using asset management software.
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and brand systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of digital and print production processes.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint as a design tool.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience contributing to brand campaigns, presentations, and events.
- Experience maintaining brand assets, templates, and governance resources.
- Experience managing and optimizing Digital Asset Management systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
- Experience providing brand guidance to internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Experience supporting brand development or management within a large organization or creative agency preferred.
- Familiarity with browser-based design tools such as Canva preferred.
- Familiarity with structured file management and DAM systems preferred.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative concepts and visual storytelling across multiple channels.
- Contribute to the design and execution of brand campaigns, presentations, and events.
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
- Provide brand guidance and feedback while balancing creativity with governance.
- Participate in ideation sessions to support an evolving brand strategy.
- Create and maintain brand assets, templates, guidelines, and toolkits.
- Manage and update brand resource platforms to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Support onboarding and archiving of assets within the Digital Asset Management system.
- Respond to brand-related inquiries and provide digital consultation support.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage timelines, approvals, and issue resolution for branded materials.
- Support the design and coordination of branded event experiences.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and business teams to continuously refine and evolve the brand.
- 4+ years of experience supporting brand development or management.
- Experience in branding and asset management.
- Web copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar browser-based design programs.
- Strong visual design and brand storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability in evolving and dynamic environments.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
