Position: Executive Social Media Management (TikTok)

You live and breathe Tik Tok. Not as a user, as a creator, strategist, and trend spotter who understands the platform from the inside out. In this role, you'll bring that native fluency to global brands, turning briefs into content that actually performs. You'll work closely with our Director Social to shape direction, move fast, and keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Tasks You execute Tik Tok content strategy for global brands, translating briefs into native, scroll-stopping concepts that fit the platform, not just the brand guidelines

You create and edit high-quality Tik Tok content end-to-end, using Cap Cut and Tik Tok's native editor to nail pacing, audio, and the aesthetic that makes content feel platform-first

You apply your understanding of Tik Tok's algorithm and FYP mechanics to optimise every asset for discoverability and performance

You manage the full content creation process from concept to delivery, collaborating with the Social Media Manager on content calendars and flagging emerging opportunities before they peak

You stay ahead of trends, sounds, and cultural moments, spotting what's gaining traction early and adapting it smartly for different brand contexts

Requirements

You are deeply fluent in Tik Tok, you spend real time on the platform, understand trend cycles, and know instinctively what feels native versus corporate

You have 2–3 years of proven experience creating and editing Tik Tok content, with a strong portfolio to back it upYou are skilled in Cap Cut and Tik Tok's native editor, comfortable with Canva, and familiar with AI tools for content creation, or eager to develop these skills quickly

You are fluent in English and Italian, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
