Graphic Designer

Role Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the company's branding and marketing goals. As a full-time hybrid role based in Bradford, ON, this role includes both in-office and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, creating logos, developing branding materials, and ensuring consistency in visual messaging. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with key stakeholders to execute creative visual solutions for a variety of projects.

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with strong creative and technical design skills
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive and meaningful brand identities
• Understanding of Typography and its role in creating visually appealing and effective designs
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects within deadlines
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities
• Experience in delivering designs suitable for both digital and print formats
• Previous experience in related roles or a degree/diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
