JOB PURPOSECreate Impact! You will be a versatile creative professional with strong attention to detail and an exceptional design skillset. A self-motivated stickler for the design process, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, presenting and articulating your work and ideas in a way that inspires others – colleagues and clients. An ambassador for the agency, you’ll bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team and all stages of the creative process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Working closely with the Creative Director and the rest of the studio team to take design projects from conception to final delivery.
- Take ownership of projects, with ability to think laterally, creating multiple solutions to a brief.
- Be proactive in designing original concepts with minimal input from senior team members.
- Maintaining and taking ownership and responsibility for brand consistency.
- Have confidence in challenging briefs and making strategic recommendations.
- Articulate why you believe your concepts and direction are right for the brand, presenting work to internal stakeholders as well as clients.
- Work uring projects are moving and if there are any hurdles, offering solutions and making sure senior team members are informed.
- Solid technical understanding of designing for print, including art working print deliverables with minimal to no errors, recommending print solutions to clients, liaising with printers and sending artwork to print.
- Solid technical understanding of digital design, including digital best practice, optimising digital assets, keeping up to date with industry developments and changes across social platforms.
- Work closely with the wider agency to help ensure projects are delivered to the highest possible standard, on time, and within allocated hours.
- Providing support and mentoring for junior members of the team.
- Communicating project progress to the Creative Director and/or account leads.
