Skyword is seeking talented freelance veterinary writers with expertise in creating content in the veterinary industry.
Writers must be Veterinary Oncologists.

We are seeking veterinary writers who can create content that is easily understandable to pet parents (dog/cat owners) who want to learn more about their pets, symptoms or health issues, and pet care.
Writers must be Veterinary Oncologists
, skilled at creating content for pet owners.

The veterinary writer will likely be tasked with creating up to five articles through May 2026.

We are seeking the following skills and expertise:

• 1–2 years of writing experience
• Content types include partial rewrites of existing content, full rewrites of existing content, long form articles, short form articles
• Content should be optimistic, caring, relatable, friendly, welcoming, and educational but understandable by the average person. The goal is to make more complex topics easy to understand and accurate, while gearing content to younger audiences, new pet owners, and pet parents looking to learn more.
