Position: Creative Artworker (Marketing Agency)

About us

We’re a busy, fast-paced marketing agency producing campaign-led creative for a mix of brands across digital, print and on-the-ground activations. We’re looking for a Creative Artworker with strong, hands-on art working skills who loves getting the details right and can confidently turn concepts into polished, production-ready assets.

The role

You’ll support our design team by creating, adapting and art working a wide variety of marketing assets. This is a practical, production-focused role with plenty of variety, ideal if you enjoy moving between formats and keeping quality consistent across everything.

What you’ll be working on

You’ll be art working and producing assets across a broad mix, including:

  • Social assets (static, animated and campaign cut-downs)
  • Animated social assets (nice to have)
  • Signage (large and small format)
  • Brochures, posters, postcards, flyers and other print collateral
  • Resizing, versioning and localisation across multiple formats
  • Preparing files for print and digital delivery, working to specs and brand guidelines
What we’re looking for
  • Significant art working experience, either agency or in-house, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Confidence producing print-ready and digital-ready files
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A solid understanding of layout, typography, grids and brand consistency
  • Experience working across multiple asset types and juggling priorities in a busy environment
  • Good file hygiene, including organised working, naming conventions and version control
  • The ability to create within defined brand systems while maintaining creativity
Bonus points if you have:
  • Basic motion skills, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar, for animated social
  • Knowledge of print processes, finishing, and packaging artwork for different suppliers
  • Experience working with templates and creating adaptable toolkits

  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable asking the right questions early
  • Collaborative, working closely with designers, account teams and suppliers
