Hands-On Social Content Producer Viral Shorts; Remote

We are two fast-growing clothing brands operating globally, focused heavily on social-first growth. We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Producer who can consistently create viral, native short-form content while also coordinating higher-quality content shoots for new product drops.

This is a practical execution role, not a strategy-only position.

Key Responsibilities

Daily / Weekly Content Creation

• Create high-volume, native short-form content using an iPhone (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts)
• Shoot simple, viral-style content (e.g. product drops, clothes on the floor, outfit close-ups, mirror shots, hands-only videos)
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Stay on top of social trends, formats, hooks, and sounds

Drop & Campaign Content

• Plan content needs for upcoming product drops
• Source, brief, and coordinate freelance videographers for professional shoot days
• Ensure professional content aligns with brand aesthetics and drop timelines
• Organize and deliver content assets to the internal team
• Work closely with founders, designers, and marketing team
• Coordinate with editors (or do light editing yourself where needed)
• Maintain an organized content library

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating short-form social content for brands
• Strong understanding of what performs on Tik Tok & Instagram
• Comfortable filming and producing content yourself (not just directing others)
• Experience working with or managing freelance videographers
• Fashion or streetwear experience is a strong plus
• Fast, reliable, and execution-focused mindset

Compensation & Structure

• Full-time
• Fully remote, with occasional on-site shoot coordination if applicable
