Creative Director

Our Client is seeking a Creative Director to lead and elevate the visual and creative expression of a modern beauty brand across both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. This role owns the creative vision across brand, campaigns, and content and brings clarity, focus, and strong design thinking to every customer touchpoint.

• Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision across digital, social, campaign, and product launch initiatives
• Lead concept development and execution for marketing initiatives from idea through final delivery
• Partner closely with executive marketing leadership to align creative strategy with business and growth goals
• Produce and oversee high-quality graphic design work and contribute hands‑on when needed
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all visual assets and channels
• Direct external partners including freelancers, agencies, photographers, and stylists
• Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and refinement with a strong eye for detail
• Lead and mentor a small team of designers

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior‑level creative leader within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
• Strong graphic design ability with a refined visual sensibility
• A portfolio demonstrating elevated, focused brand work
• Ability to balance big‑picture creative vision with hands‑on execution
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership
• Strong point of view with the ability to edit and focus ideas
• Comfort owning creative decisions and pushing a brand forward

• Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP, Full Time Hire
• Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
• Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (
  * Must be based in the US, preferably in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City)
• Laptop/Software Requirements: Client-Provided Laptop & Software
