Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative  Video Editor  who understands modern digital storytelling and can produce premium, high-quality content for  You Tube and Instagram . This is a  full-time hybrid role  based in Gurgaon  (3 days in office, remaining days work from home) .
If you love fast-paced content, fitness/wellness aesthetics, and performance-driven storytelling — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form You Tube videos and short-form Instagram Reels with strong storytelling flow

• Create engaging, high-retention edits optimized for social media algorithms

• Perform professional color grading, sound balancing, and motion graphics integration

• Collaborate with the creative & marketing team to maintain a premium brand aesthetic

• Repurpose content into multiple formats (ads, reels, shorts, promos)

• Stay updated with current editing trends, transitions, pacing, and viral formats
Requirements

• Strong experience in Video Editing & Video Production

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects (or similar tools)

• Understanding of You Tube retention editing and Instagram-style pacing

• Motion graphics and basic design sense preferred

• Ability to work fast without compromising quality

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
Bonus Points

• Experience with fitness, sports, wellness, or lifestyle brands

• Knowledge of performance marketing or content funnels

• Ability to suggest creative concepts, not just edit
