Job Description

Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Digital Motion Designer to join our existing team abroad
. The Digital Motion Designer, 2D/3D Animator is expected to combine graphic design with animation to create the overall look and feel of a wide range of interactive content. Using text, data, graphics, sound, animation and other digital/visual effects, The Motion Designer works on projects such as graphics and animations for websites, social media platforms and TV.

Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (Digital Programs, Social Media Videos, Stills, Infographics, etc )
Prepare, design, plan concept, and layout for motion graphic project.
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
Work with digital and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
Assist in selecting photos, audio, videos, colours, animation, etc for graphic design.
Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
Integrate new technologies and tools (e.g., AI, data visualisations, live streaming innovations) that improve content quality and streamline production workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Graphic Design or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Animation.
Creative thinking and visualisation.
Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context combined with excellent IT skills.
Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects.
Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
Proven competence in design and image manipulation software.
Teamwork skills because most projects require input from different stakeholders.
Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
Software’s Proficiency:
Adobe Suite (Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Animate)
