WBCP, Inc. seeks a talented and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our growing marketing team! WBCP is an Executive Recruiting and Human Resources consultancy firm that specializes in recruiting for public sector, niche private companies, and non-profit organizations. We are looking for a versatile writer capable of handling diverse tasks and projects with ease. The ideal candidate has experience in technical copywriting and content writing.

A background in project management is also helpful, as this role requires exceptional skills in organization and prioritization.

The Copywriter will play a key role in developing compelling job brochures for our clients, ensuring each piece accurately reflects the position, organizational culture, and unique needs of the agency. This work requires strong attention to detail, an appreciation for technical and recruitment-focused writing, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging, accessible content. While Job Brochures will be a primary responsibility, this role extends across a variety of marketing and communications initiatives.

The Copywriter will contribute to proposal writing, blog posts, marketing emails, staff bios, conference materials, website content, and social media posts. This position supports WBCP's broader marketing and communication efforts and requires comfort shifting between projects, audiences, and tones.
